Outlet Manager
A fantastic opportunity has become available for a talented and enthusiastic Outlet Manager to join our dynamic team of HEARTISTs at Pullman Jakarta Central Park.

What you will be doing:
· Outgoing, creative and eager to share the desire to deliver Accor values and HEARTIST philosophy.
· Have great communication skills and ability to develop a motivated cohesive team.
· Responsible for overall supervision, planning, controlling and coordination of all activities of the assigned outlet.
· Establish and maintain seamless co-ordination & co-operation with all departments to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, and guest service.
· Monitor and supervise service flow in the assigned outlet.
· Ensure that the team has been trained for All Safe protocols.

Work Experience
Your experience and skills include:
Minimum experience of 3 – 5 years with international chain hotels
Previous experience in handling All Day Dining Restaurant within same capacity for at least the last 2 years
Perfect knowledge of HACCP guidelines
Computer literate in the Windows environment
