We're looking for a great talent recruiter who is passionate about startups and excited to represent the voice of a new and rapidly growing brand. This is a role responsible for undertaking the function of talent acquisition for the development of human capital development.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for the recruitment process for & selection nurses candidates
- Create a strategy to get more qualified candidates especially for potential nurses (home care & caregiver)
- Proficient in English, both oral and written.
- Manage the databank recruitment & nurses record documentation
- Have extensive network & social community is a plus.
- Proficient in using Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Tweeter, YouTube) as media for recruitment
- Final Undergraduate student from background Psychology & HR Management (preferably well-known/top universities or overseas graduates)
- Highly motivated to learn and to be part of a team & take directives well.
- Focus on Target-oriented to obtain more qualified nurses candidates
- Proficient in behavioral event interview, observation, reporting, communication, and negotiation skill.
- Able to join on January 2018 – 3 months, full time or part-time internship from Monday to Saturday (09.00-17.00)
